May is 28 years old from Tel Aviv. May holds a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and Government and European Studies from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. During her studies, May has specialized as an Events Coordinator of the local society as part of "Tor HaMidbar" NGO; Worked as a production coordinator in "Karov" theater which part of its activities are dedicated for social activity and youth at risk promotion through acting; Worked as an assistant of the central district director in the council for conservation of heritage sites in Israel.

MOR HAZAN
Born in 1988 in Israel. Mor holds a B.A. in Political Science and English Studies from Tel Aviv University and is currently studying for her M.A. in Diplomacy, also at TAU. She works as Business Associate at Techstars and volunteers at OneDay Social Volunteering.
EMMANUEL OKOCHA
EMMANUEL OKOCHA
Emmanuel is an undergraduate of government and society, after his military service he volunteered at "Beit-Danny" - a community center in Hatikva neighborhood of Tel-Aviv as a guide for problematic youngsters. In addition to that, he served as a resource mobilization and recruitment staff for Greenpeace-Israel - an organization promoting global environmental issues.

JULIETTE BREINDEL
Juliette, born and raised in New York City, received a B.A. in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean studies at the American University of Paris. She was then hired as a journalist and translator for renowned photojournalist Reza Deghati, covering conflict areas in the Middle East and Africa. After having studied and worked in Paris, Juliette decided to pursue an M.A. at the Interdisciplinary Center of Herzliya in Government (Diplomacy), after recently having made Aliyah.
NICOLE CSANTINI
NICOLE CSANTINI
Nicole is an Italian Israeli student that made Aliya about a year and a half ago. After having studied at the Pine Manor College in Boston she decided to move in Israel. She is currently studying at the Interdisciplinary Center of Herzelyia and she is holding her B.A in the Lauder School of Government, Diplomacy and Strategy. After finishing with her studies Nicole will join the IDF.

Spencer is a student at the University of Miami, majoring in Public Health and minoring in Health Communications and Public Administration. She is passionate about student government, Hillel, and is on the President’s 100 list. After her undergraduate studies, Spencer hopes to receive a degree in Healthcare Administration and pursue a career in Health Sector Management.
Hannah Cook
Hannah Cook
Hannah spent her last two years of high school at the Eastern Mediterranean International School (EMIS) in Hakfar Hayarok, working towards mutual understanding and a more peaceful and sustainable world. Upon graduating from EMIS, Hannah knew that she wanted to pursue a university degree in International Relations and hopefully work as a diplomat or in international development. For the past three years, she has been at Brandeis University studying towards a BA in International/Global Studies and Anthropology. Hannah aspired to return to Israel this summer and found that SID directly aligned with her academic and professional interests. Hannah is very excited to be working with SID this summer to explore the development scene from an Israeli perspective. So far she has found the work to be really exciting and impactful both in Israel and worldwide.

Hannah Kelman
Hannah Kelman is going into her third year at the George Washington University in Washington DC. She is majoring in Political Science with a minor in Public Policy. Hannah is spending two months in Tel Aviv and is excited to make an impact in the field of International Development through humanitarian aid while here in Israel. In fact, outside of her internship with SID Israel, she has spent some of her free time working with refugee children through MESILA in Southern Tel Aviv. In the fall, she will be studying in South Korea to expand her knowledge of development and politics outside of the United States.
