ALON BEER - DIRECTOR Alon Beer has a BA in Communication and Behavioral Sciences from the College of Management. Alon has extensive professional experience in both the third sector and the private sector. At the beginning of his professional career, Alon worked at the “Peres Center for Peace”, where he managed projects, developed resources and established and managed one of the largest departments in the organization. During his years in the center Alon was responsible for the production of international media events. As part of his work at the Peres Center, Alon took part in developing and promoting projects in the fields of education, culture, sports, local government and more and was exposed to the involvement of international parties in the development activities in the Palestinian Authority in particular and the in Middle East in general. In recent years, Alon dealt with business development and raising investments in the amount of millions of shekels in total to Israel, mainly directed the field of renewable energy and technologies. As part of his activities in this sector, Alon was responsible for bringing the German public company “Solar Millennium” to Israel and serving as CEO in Israel for six years. Beyond these activities, Alon has always been involved in varied philanthropic activities, which included, among others, the establishment of an American organization which promotes dialogue between nations through sports. Alon lives in Tel Aviv and is married to Tal. Contact:
Ms. Dana Manor, BsC political science (with honors). Experienced humanitarian aid worker with over ten year experience in the management of relief and development projects in Israel and abroad. As a project manager, Dana has planned, supervised and evaluated numerous projects in Africa and Asia. She has worked in Sri Lanka, Congo, Myanmar, Haiti, Kenya, Cambodia, Ethiopia and Israel on projects focusing on health, livelihoods and community development. Through her extensive experience on the field she has developed a broad network of connections in the international and the Israeli non-profit sector.
Maria holds a B.A. degree in Statistics and International Relations and a M.A. degree in European Studies, both from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. During the past three years,Maria worked for the Council for Higher Education as a project coordinator in several fields. Maria was fully responsible for the "Humanities Fund", which is a joint initiative of the CHE and the Yad Hanadiv Foundation (Rothschild Israel), that was designed in order to formulate a policy and act to save the humanities field. Later on, Maria led the accreditation process for new and existing academic programs in the fields of humanities, education and social sciences, and in the recent months, joined the "New Campus" initiative- which goal is to establish entrepreneurship centers within the campuses of institutions of higher education.
Shlomo Condiotti has a BA in Technology Management from Bar-Ilan University, and holds a Diploma in Industrial Engineering and Management from Ort Jerusalem College. In his previous position, he worked at MASHAV, the national aid agency of the State of Israel, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Married to Moriah and father of Maayan and Noa.
